HCAA General Meetings are held at 10:00 a.m., the second Friday of each month at HCAA Gallery, 5202 Bissonnet, Bellaire, TX, 713-668-0785. Visitors are welcome.

BELLAIRE ARTS FESTIVAL

The Bellaire Arts Festival is co-sponsored twice yearly with the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce. The 2010 Spring Festival is set for Saturday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The festival's new "home" is the Bellaire Town Square, 7008 South Rice Avenue, near the Bellaire Civic Center.
